The Attendant is a modern pool automation system designed to improve all aspects of thepool ownership experience. Poolside Tech's cloud based system is continually monitoring your equipment and temperature to determine the most energy efficient way to have your poolside oasis ready when you are. Poolside Tech's patented technology looks at your desiredtemperature, the weather forecast and energy rates to determine the cheapest way to get your temperature right.
Ensuring your pool water is filtered and balanced are some of the basic functions that must be performed to create an enjoyable and safe swimming experience. Managing sanitizer, filtration, pH balance and alkalinity can be quite challenging, and used to involve many trips to the pool store. Let The Attendant + Chemistry take on these daunting chores for you.
The Attendant + Chemistry, with its Track and Record Feature, will automatically determine how much filtration is necessary and time the work in the most energy efficient way. Poolside Tech's Chemistry Module will leverage a pH and ORP probe (ATT-CPK) to track and record the amount of sanitizer and pH in your pool over time, and grant you the ability to monitor these values yourself via the Poolside Attendant app. You can also grant access to your maintenance company so that they too can have visibility.
If you also have a salt cell installed, this operating model allows you to leverage that and react to the ORP (sanitization) levels as they change over time. For example, if the ORP level is low, The Attendant will turn on the salt cell to begin generating chlorine. Conversely, if the level is too high, it will turn it off.
For a more hands-off solution to your pool's water balance, you can have the Chemistry Module dispense chemicals to address any imbalances found via Poolside Tech's Auto-dosing Feature. This feature allows you to programmatically react to the chemistry needs of your pool. To facilitate this, you will need to incorporate additional hardware (sold separately), like chemical tanks & pumps, UV water sanitizers, or ozone dispensers. You choose what method of dispensing chemicals is right for you and your pool, and let The Attendant do the rest.
The Attendant is vendor agnostic, and is compatible with other manufacturers on the market today, allowing you to choose the best-in-class equipment to accommodate your pool's needs. It has been engineered to mindfully manage the energy usage of your pool's ecosystem. It marries the individual capabilities of each piece of pool equipment together to tune your pool to be as efficient as possible. This benefits the homeowner by driving energy costs down, in addition to lowering the overall environmental impact of the pool system.
The Attendants extensive feature set is completely accessible via the Poolside Attendant mobile app. This app was designed with ease at its core. Providing a feature-first view of the pool and spa system makes it much easier for end users to understand what equipment they are turning on or off. Poolside Tech's chemistry management and auto-dosing capabilities are also fully controllable via your mobile device, with the data tracked historically in an easy to read graph.
Poolside Tech's Guest Mode feature allows a homeowner to grant limited access to guests or family members. The system can restrict a user's profile to specific pool features as well as respecting a maximum set point for heating events, to avoid careless spending. For the purpose of Airbnb guests, the system can accommodate a potential end date for access to cease. This modern way of granting access alleviates the need for a guest device on premises or password management.
Bring on the fun with Poolside Tech's Spotify Syncing feature, allowing you to create the ideal atmosphere for your poolside oasis. Sync your DMX pool and landscape lighting to your Spotify playlist, having your lights in sync with the beat of your favorite music.
Keep your water perfectly level with built in high and low water level sensing, recording and reacting. This integrated Water Leveling system is easy to remotely configure with a modern user interface via the Poolside Attendant app. Leak detection alerts and historical reporting are readily available, removing the need to manually monitor your water levels
The Attendant prevents dangerous conditions that could damage your equipment or drain your spa. As a homeowner, you’re not always standing by watching over your pool, and neither is your pool professional. Poolside Tech's patented technology allows us to use existing equipment on the pad to determine when a problem occurs.
The Attendant will proactively notify you when:
